Neurotraining focuses on stimulating the brain’s neural pathways through movement, targeted exercises, and activities. Improving cognitive function such as memory, attention, processing speed, emotional regulation, problem-solving skills etc. By engaging in activities that challenge the brain, aiming to strengthen neural connections and create new ones, leading to enhanced brain function.

Can beginners join D.E.W.|F.I.T., or is it only for experienced individuals?

Absolutely, beginners are welcome! We offer programs for all levels, ensuring everyone starts where they are. I believe every brain deserves movement that meets it where it is and helps it grow. Let’s build that movement, together.

What qualifications do your trainers have

D.E.W.|F.I.T. is a personal movement training program, powered by a certified personal trainer, who is also a licensed physical therapist assistant with qualifications from recognized accredited institutions. Undergoing regular continued education and training to stay updated with the latest fitness and health guidelines to present safe & efficient professionalism to each client.

Are there any online-only memberships available?

Yes online-only memberships will be available to provide access to virtual classes and resources as well. To be discussed during consult.

How do I know which phase is right for me?

During your initial assessment, we will grasp a clear comprehension on your fitness level and recommend movement interventions that align with your personal goals and interests. Everyone begins with phase 1 because that's the foundation.

What is your cancellation policy for membership?

Memberships can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice.
