Each D.E.W.|F.I. T. phase is designed to reach the individuals potential.
After a minimum period of 2 months/8 weeks, an assessment will
be given to determine the dexterity of the individuals temple to decide
whether advancement to the next phase is appropriate or if remaining
at the current level would be more beneficial. Each phase will have a level of
nutritional guidance integrated.

This level provides the stabilization component. Exciting the neurons for core & joint stability using your own body weight as resistance, isolating specific musculature through static, concentric and eccentric movements. Stabilization is the foundation to safe mobility and necessary for preparing the body to respond to higher functional demands to come.
Sharpening: Muscle imbalances, Core and Trunk stability, Cardio-respiratory, Neuromuscular
conditioning, Cognitive endurance.
D.E.W.|F.I.T. ACTIVATE - Two in-Person Sessions (45 mins) & 2 (30-40min) Virtual Session Week for Nutrition Guidance: Q&A, Food Guidance

This level involves the strength component. Providing light resistance to elicit increased amount of stress on the body, activating muscle stimulation while engaging muscle recruitment. Increasing muscle memory for developing increased functional muscle size & strength.
Sharpening: Stabilization, Flexibility, Coordination, Neuromuscular conditioning, Cognitive endurance.
D.E.W.|F.I.T. BOLD - Three in-Person Sessions (45 mins) & 3 (30-40min) Virtual Session Week for Nutrition Guidance: Q&A, Food Guidance

This level promotes the power component. Promoting sufficient advanced mobility with increased challenge provided with more weight and resistance for improved functional flexibility and endurance.

D.E.W.|F.I.T. WARRIOR - Four in-Person Sessions (45mins) & 4 (30min) Virtual Session Week for Nutrition Guidance: Q&A, Food Guidance. Pantry Clean-Up, Two trips to the grocery store with in-person guidance.
$90/session = $180/week = $720/month Payment of $720 due on the 1st Made through Zelle at [email protected]. We can discuss payment plans if needed.
This plan includes the speed, agility, and quickness component. Includes maximum resistance training for full body strengthening along with plyometrics for accelerating and decelerating efficiently while performing functional mobility drills.
Sharpening: Stabilization, Dynamic coordination, Higher cognition.

Location & Travel Policy
Training sessions may be held at a location of your choice—home, gym, or park.
Standard rates apply for locations within a 10-mile radius of my home base.
For locations outside that radius, an additional travel fee applies:
10–15 miles: +$10 per session
15–20 miles: +$20 per session
20–25 miles: +$30 per session
Locations beyond 25 miles may be available upon request and will be quoted individually.
