D.E.W.|F.I.T. is a Neurotraining program, specializing in movement being the main priority while incorporating functional mobility designed to collaborate brain health with functional mobility in the individuals with invisible injuries such as, highly functioning traumatic brain injuries, highly functioning autism, ADHD, dyslexia, depression, neurodivergent brains, PTSD, concussions, cognitive impairments, etc... brain trauma. Also, supporting those individuals who are challenged with word finding, feeling overwhelmed, staying on task, memory challenges, etc. Using techniques to provide practical solutions for managing these difficulties effectively in daily life.
As a certified personal trainer with a physical therapy background and nutritional knowledge, navigating life myself with a traumatic brain injury, I understand how difficult it is to find the right kind of support to bridge the gap between physical rehabilitation and real-life functional movement. My approach supports not just physical fitness, but the broader physiological impacts: spiritual, emotional, mental, & intellectual which often go unaddressed.
We will be strengthening self-esteem to improve social skills, while also learning to enjoy movement. Providing 1-on-1 sessions to fit our individual special super powers as well as group settings to encourage our like-minded individuals that they fit here. Providing movement training sessions integrating different elements of conditioning: stabilization, strengthening, agility, and much more. While I am walking this journey myself, I’m committed to turning invisible challenges into visible triumphs, because you do fit.

D.E.W.|F.I.T. is not intended to replace skilled physical therapy, medical treatment, or other medically necessary services.
